Test principle
Fix the compound that can react with alcohol to the test strip, select the appropriate developer to produce color change, and the degree of discoloration (speed, depth) directly determines the concentration of alcohol in the sample. Within 2 minutes, pass the The standard color cards provided are compared and judged.

Instructions for use
1. For ten minutes before the test, it is forbidden to eat, drink, smoke, etc., to keep the mouth clean.
2, tear open the aluminum foil bag to take out the test strip and hold the test strip.
3. Put the test end under the tongue of the test subject, drink your mouth, take it out after 30 seconds, and absorb enough saliva.
4. Remove the test strip and observe the color change degree of the test end after 60 seconds.
5. Compare with the standard color card to judge the result.

Judgement result
1, negative: no significant color change in the test strip.
2. Positive: Within 2 minutes, the test strip will show a distinct color change.

Interference factor
There are many compounds that can affect test results, such as antioxidants (including high doses of vitamin C, E), dihydroxyphenylalanine, toluene substituted dihydroxyphenylalanine, tannic acid (tannic acid), oxalic acid, gallbladder Red pigment, sulfuric acid, peroxide, toluenesulfonic acid, uric acid. However, these compounds generally do not have sufficient amounts in saliva to affect the test results.

Precautions
1, if the mouth contains food or other things will affect the test results.
2, test the color of the previous tea color fast, if it has turned yellow or black, please use a new test strip.
3, the color change should be based on 1 minute.
4, the color card is only suitable for the determination of alcohol content in saliva.
5, the test paper is a one-time, can not be used repeatedly.
6, test paper is easy to fail in wet, high temperature, should be used as soon as possible after removal.
